University of Alberta – Public research intensive university offering post secondary education in undergraduate and graduate programs. Apart from the North Campus (main), the university has Campus Saint-Jean (francophone campus in Edmonton and the only one west of Manitoba), Augustana Campus in Camrose, Enterprise Square downtown Edmonton, and plans for a South Campus (future campus).

Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) - The institute offers certificates, diplomas, applied degrees and degrees. They now offer four year baccalaureate degrees (Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management and Bachelor of Applied Business Administration).
